Process Control Training Course for International Competitiveness - 12-13 Mar 2012
CBI Training Course on Process Control
The CBI training course is specifically designed for companies in the engineering sector in order to assist them in implementing Process Control. By participating in this course, companies will get to understand the principles of Process Control. They will gain a better understanding of their production process, the factors that influence this process and how to mitigate (possible) negative effects. Furthermore, companies will be able apply Process Control in their own operations.
In order for a company to benefit optimally from the training course, active participation is required throughout the course. Two important pre-training assignments prepare the participants for the course. Time should be allocated to the execution of these assignments which will happen prior to the start of the course. Furthermore it needs to be stressed that commitment from the company’s management is paramount for the successful implementation of Process Control.
Active participation is required throughout the pre-training phase, the two – day training phase and the post-training phase of the course as indicated below.
