To indicate your intention to be part of the trip, please fill in and return the Wesgro form to my email address. michael@wesgro.org.za or fax to 086517 0777 by 08 July 2011.

If you intend applying for EMIA assistance, you should, in addition to the Wesgro form, complete the EMIA forms attached and bring to Wesgro offices by Friday 15 July
