MECS Africa is a service orientated business that alleviates the considerable burden of manpower management by offering an integrated human resource solution to a diverse client base.MECSAfrica is a wholly owned subsidiary of MICROmega, a holding company with controlling interests in various core businesses. MICROmega is listed on the JSE under the support services sector.

 MECS Africa is a member of the South African Oil and Gas Alliance (SAOGA), the Temporary Employment Services  Division (TESD), a division of the Steel and Engineering Industries Federation of South Africa (SEIFSA). In addition,  MECS  holds an executive position on the management team of the representative industry body.

We offer an end-to-end solution for our offshore oil and gas clients; providing assistance from recruitment to mobilisation to demobilisation.We provide highly qualified resources for scarce skills, and our strong relationships, networks and on the ground support makes us an integral part of our clients’ daily operations.
