SAOGA Upskilling Programme: Request for Expression of Interest from Training Providers

The South African Oil and Gas Alliance (SAOGA) plans to offer the attached list of subsidised Upskilling Short Courses over the coming months.

This is a request for credible Training Providers to express interest in offering one or more of the list of courses.

Prospective Training Providers are requested to provide the following information related to the courses they have an interest in offering.  Information on each of the courses should be submitted separately under the headings below:

1. Title of the course
2. A brief description of the course/s (No more than two to three paragraphs)
3. Duration of the course (in days)
4. Level (NQF or other)
5. Available dates (between 1 September 2011 and 31 March 2012)
6. Course accreditation details
7. Credits (if applicable)
8. Entry Requirements
9. Maximum number of trainees
10.  Minimum number of trainees per course
11.  Preferred days of week  (including start and end times)
12. An indication of courses offered in the past
13. Indicate legal entity and related reference number
14. Indicate SAOGA membership status
15. BBBEE status
16. Cost per trainee (including costs for venues, materials, equipment and refreshments)
17. Address of preferred training site
18. Contact details

The above information should reach Adrian Strydom at AStrydom@offshoreafrica.co.za  by no later than 23 August 2011.

 Current SAOGA Training providers are included in this request.

 SAOGA reserves the right not to offer any of the courses at its discretion.  The decisions of the SAOGA adjudicating panel will be final.

 All participating training providers will be subjected to a quality assurance process, in conjunction with the Training Providers’ own processes.
