The Western Cape Department of Economic Development and Tourism will be rolling out a Train the Trainer programme for industry trainers and FET College lecturers in the near future. The Occupational Trainer program is based on the pilot project SAOGA has developed recently. See attachment below for more details.
SAOGA is in the process of refining a Skills Strategy for the Upstream Oil and Gas industry. Feel free to pass any inputs in this regard to Adrian (AStrydom@offshoreafrica.co.za) .
