Train-the-Trainer Programme

The Western Cape Department of Economic Development and Tourism will be rolling out a Train the Trainer programme for industry trainers and FET College lecturers in the near future.  The Occupational Trainer program is based on the pilot project SAOGA has developed recently.  See attachment below for more details.

While at OTC in Houston this year we had an inquiry from global sourcing manager of a major upstream company. They are looking for companies in South Africa with the capability to do forgings/casting and/or the machining of components related to this process.  We took some pictures of the sort of thing they are looking for at one of the stands at the exhibition.
