Join, South African Oil & Gas Alliance for our first Industry Networking Breakfast on 30 April 2026, for a timely conversation on how Southern Africa can unlock real value from its gas sector, from discovery through to development. Dr. Bongani Sayidini will offer the regulatory and exploration perspective, Jaco Human will speak to industrial demand and energy security, and Paul Eardley-Taylor will unpack what makes gas projects bankable. Oneyka Cindy Ojogbo will bring a practical legal perspective on the framework shaping project development, investment decisions, and cross-border transactions across the gas value chain. Adrian Strydom as moderator will guide the discussion toward practical outcomes, making this a valuable opportunity to connect, exchange ideas, and understand where the sector is headed next.

RSVPs for breakfast will be dealt with on a first-come first-serve basis, with preference given to members.
 
 SAOGA Networking breakfasts are principally aimed at helping people in industry to network in an informal environment.  Breakfasts are scheduled from 8h30-11h00 and typically run as follows: Guests arrive between 8h30 and 9h00 and meet over coffee. At 9h00 the speaker is introduced and generally talks for about 40min followed by 10-15 minutes of questions and discussion.  Once this is done breakfast is served at the tables and informal discussions continue for the remainder of the event. People generally depart between 10h30 and 11h00.
