| The Organisation derives all or part of its revenue from sales to the oil and gas value chain from the upstream to midstream sector or has a serious and credible intention of doing so or is deriving its revenue from associated extractive activities, i.e. mining. |
| The organisation has a physical presence in South Africa i.e. an office, employees or facility of some sort. |
| The organisation has paid the annual membership fee. |
| The organisation has submitted an organisation profile as per the SAOGA template. |
| The organisation has subscribed to the SAOGA industry strategy. |

| The individual has submitted a profile as per the SAOGA template. |
| The individual has subscribed to the SAOGA industry strategy. |
