Provision of Offshore and Onshore operations logistics support which is the main symbiotic connection linking the onshore support operations, including suppliers, and the revenue- generating assets offshore.
An offshore supply logistics base [referred to as the Base] is set up to provide the said connection.
It fulfils the demand and supply of the industry through linking suppliers, transport provision, base, multimodal supply transportation services and installation of the hardware of the industry.
The following diagram reflects on the interlinkage between supply and demand.

The company will establish and manage the Command centre at an identified position. The nerve centre shall provide the following logistics services:
- Crew changes of all offshore installation
- Transportation and storage of supplies to offshore installations, including
water, fuel, waste, spares and equipment
- Transportation and storage of drilling consumables [steel pipes, mud,
cement, barite, bentonite and explosives] and equipment [drill bits, Xmas
Trees, etc.]
- Co-ordinate the supply of marine vessels, safety stand-by and emergency
search and rescue services.
- Co-ordinate supply of marine vessels for sub-sea diving and Remotely
Operated Vehicle [ROV] activities.
- Supply marine vessels for safe-guarding sub-sea systems
