The company is 100 % Local Congolese citizen owned and locally registered in South Africa as well as in the Democratic Republic of Congo particularly in the Katanga province.

SHE-QMS CONSULTING has divided its commercial activities into the following four divisions, each of which operates through a number of subsidiaries namely:
